DAY 56 - MORSCHACH - Rest Day (Sunday 11 June)

Today was our first rest day in Switzerland, and possibly our most restful rest day yet. While we didn't do very much, there were a few highlights worth mentioning.
For example, there was a bowl of melted chocolate among the jams on offer at the breakfast buffet
One of us gave it a go
We spent a few hours relaxing at the swimming pool complex. Then there was a light lunch before afternoon rest time. Later in the afternoon, we watched a bit of the Tour de Suisse on the TV.
The TV was showing the first stage of the Tour de Suisse in Einsiedeln, which we had left yesterday
One of us, with energy to spare, went for a little wander around the area.

On our way out to dinner, we took the opportunity to take another of those "then and now" photos.

After such a lazy rest day, we should be well refreshed for the continuation of our walk tomorrow.
